The college has 10 acres of playground with 200 m track for athletic events to house the sports and games. The Department of Physical Education is headed by a Physical Director assisted by Assistant Physical Directors. The Department has enough facilities to support both indoor and outdoor games for the students to practice and to conduct intra-collegiate and inter-collegiate tournament. The students organize tournaments, which give them good opportunity to enhance their leadership and managerial skills. The sports activities are held throughout the year between 7.30 am and 7.30 pm. A well spaced indoor stadium is available with 93 m2 for playing indoor sports like Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess etc. In addition, the institute has outdoor playgrounds, play-courts for cricket, basketball court, football, tennis, shuttle court, volleyball, kabaddi and ball badminton. The students have showcased their achievements in sports and games.

Specifications of Outdoor and Indoor Games

• 1) Cricket Ground with 50 m radius spread over an area of 6.42 acres.
• 2) A standard volleyball court of size 300 m2.
• 3) 4 shuttle badminton courts of 880 m2 in the indoor sports complex.
• 4) 2 Standard concrete basketball court of size 608 m2.
• 5) Football ground of size 26000 m2.
• 6) Throw Ball court of size 1500 m2.
• 7) Separate Kabaddi courts for boys and girls of 1500 m2.
• 8) Carrom boards 4 are available
• 9) 3 Table Tennis Table of 204 m2.

• 11) Synthetic Tennis Court of 668.9 m2.

The modern sport equipments are making available to the students and faculty members. The Department of Physical Education is frequently organizing Zonal, State and National level sports in the institution premises.
