Department of Computer Science and Engineering is a recognized research centre of Anna University. It offers both part time and full time Ph.D in Information and Communication Engineering with various specializations. Well qualified and motivated recognized research supervisors are available to guide the scholars. Besides core research, interdisciplinary and collaborative research activities are also carried out. The research centre is well-known for its quality publications in various high-impact international journals. 17 research scholars completed Ph.D and 24 are pursuing Ph.D.
Currently AICTE sponsored Research Project on “Augmented Reality (AR) using Natural User Interface (NUI) Based Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Framework with Mobile Decision Support System (MDSS)” worth Rs. 5,74,000 /- has been carried out.
