Parakh unified Portal was launched on 7 January 2022 by Secretary Higher Education, MoE – Govt. of India for all AICTE approved institutions. Using PARAKH, social relevance goals will be indentified and corrective measures be taken at appropriate level, students and faculty members will improve their knowledge and strength in the field of creativity, reasoning, innovation, decision building in the core technical skills and higher order thinking skill. The Student Learnig Assessment – PARAKH is an intiative to bridge the gap between Academics and Industry by providing a platform for self assessment of Learning outcomes and 21 century life skills acquired by the students. It is an assessment portal and not an examination. AICTE expects that the Student Learning Assessment – PARAKH unified portal reaches every student of India. To mobilize all students, Institutions under the ambit of AICTE should ensure their particaption and propogate among all its students so that this initiative will fill the gap between technical, professional and industry needs.
